World #1 professional square dance caller Jerry Story has recorded "Eagle Rock" as a square dance in tribute of Martin Klibbe.
Jerry, from Maggie Valley, North Carolina, commenced square dance calling at an early age, and has forty years experience in the industry. Martin would have felt privileged and honoured by Jerry’s tribute.
The recording was made in Nashville, Tennessee, U.S.A. with world-renowned Nashville musicians. Permission was given by the song’s composer Ross Wilson, and Mushroom Music has given worldwide clearance to use the song.
The CD contains the vocal track, instrumental track and cue sheet. It also contains a brief article on Martin.
The CD can be purchased for $20.00 AUD + P&H. All proceeds from this CD go to the Martin Klibbe Memorial Dances held annually at Mackay Queensland on the second week-end in July, featuring international square dance callers.
